(Sept. 29, 2017) – A flat tire and contact with the wall at Dover International Speedway on Friday sidelined Todd Gilliland and ended his bid for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East championship. Gilliland, who had an eight-point lead in the championship standings going into the season finale at the Delaware track known as the Monster Mile, was running third in the Bill McAnally Racing No. 16 NAPA AUTO PARTS Toyota Camry when he blew a right front tire and hit the wall on Lap 56. It left him with a 13th-place finish and dropped him to second in the final series standings, eight points behind eventual race winner Harrison Burton. (June 2, 2018) – Strategy to get into contention to win a NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race at Memphis International Raceway came up short for Bill McAnally Racing on Saturday. It left Hailie Deegan to come away with a 13th-place finish, and Derek Kraus to finish 14th. Their teammate, Cole Rouse, encountered mechanical trouble and had to pit just before the midway point of the race. He returned to competition eight laps down and finished 18th. The teams of Kraus and Deegan had opted to pit following the first 50-lap segment of the race and then stay on track after the second segment. (March 15, 2018) – Derek Kraus opened his 2018 season in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West on Thursday night the way he closed out 2017, with a win on the high-banked, half-mile track at Kern County Raceway Park. His BMR teammate Cole Rouse came away with a third-place finish; while a third BMR driver, Hailie Deegan, finished seventh in her series debut. Kraus and Rouse went three-wide to get past Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series regular Kevin Harvick, who had paced the field through the first 132 laps as he returned to his hometown to compete in the event.
