I brought my sons car in last week for some electrical problems and I was really concerned that it was going to cost a pretty penny trying to find a short or chase down a short in the wiring. Joe called me and said well we found the problem and it was just a loose wire. It cost us all of $150.00. I took my car in this week as I hit something on the freeway and thought for sure I knocked out the allignmemt or bent a rim as my car was now shaking. I get another call from Joe and he said well I have good news whatever you hit just put a bubble in your tire and you just need a new tire. It cost me all of $57.00. The point I am getting at and the thing I appreciate the most is they could have simply upsold me on a longer time to diagnose the problem with the wiring or say my car was out of allignmemt just to squeeze more money out of me like a lot of shops do. I immediately felt a sense of trust and felt that BMR was more concerned with fiixing my car and finding the problem then they were about making money. I have had 3 experiences with BMR so far and have been impressed each. As for Joe he was an awesome service writer and has excellent communication.I will continue to have my repairs done at BMR and would recommend any and everyone to try them out. What a shop. Not only is the customer area very nice, the actual shop in kept up incredibly. Really helpful and friendly team who makes the car repair problems much easier to endure.

You made car buying with your pre- buy inspection an absolute wonderful experience , it eliminated all the doubt of what I may be buying. The minimal cost of this inspection was well worth it, money well spent, Mike was outstanding with his explaining the results of his findings and support staff was five star .I highly recommend this process to anyone thinking about buying a vehicle.well done BMR !!

This place is bar none the best auto care facility I have ever been to. I just had a new engine put in my truck and it went absolutely flawless. The quality of there customer service should be replicated by other auto repair facilities. I will never go anywhere else again. Robert is very nice and always made me feel confident in what they were telling me. I called around before the work was dine and they were comparable to other places. What truly makes the difference is quality repair work and great customer service that is worth $100 of dollars in itself!!!!

drove in with a dying battery, they tested it in the parking lot right away. found it was bad, had to order the battery and had it within 20 minutes. Installed it in the parking lot and i did not miss my doctors appointment.need a race quality pitstop? go to BMR!

I purchased a battery from BMR that was just in warranty and between BMR and their supplier and manufacture it was replaced with no hassle.
