We took our 2004 Toyota Tundra to BMR this morning without an appointment because the tailgate was stuck and after trying everything Google suggested we could not get it unstuck ourselves. We were helped immediately by Tracy who said she would see if she could work some "magic" on it, and she certainly did! Ten minutes later our tailgate was working again, nicely lubricated, and ready to go. Even more incredible is when I asked how much we owed them, she didn't charge for the repair. Wow. We will be bringing our vehicles back to BMR for service in the future!

Napa Bill McAnally worked on my 2000 Ford Expedition. They were able to find the issue and repair it in one day. It's been over six months now and all is good.

BMR has always done a great job on my vehicles, my Vet and my Toyota's. I have one issue, I have been looking to get my rear leaf springs replaced and get air bags installed. I have been to several shops and got No answer or a quote. I have requested twice now for a quote from your staff, with No reply. Thanks again Michael

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT AUTO SHOP LIKE NO OTHER YOU'VE BEEN TO! The most important aspect of taking your car to the shop is TRUST: and trust is built by doing consistently high-quality work. I've brough all of my family's cars to BMR over ther years because I'm 100% sure they know what they're doing, and they do the job right, every time - they always have. I'll never forget my first visit when they walked me through the shop. The first thing I noticed was that it was super clean, with regular cars on one side, and no $#!+ Nascar race cars on the other. If they work on real race cars, I'm sure they can keep my car running. Pricing is also very competitive, I always get my money's worth. Lastly, and importantly, I've seen the same good folks working there for all these years, and they really know what they're doing! They've always been friendly and helpful, but more importantly, honest - there's never any BS :) I can't say enough about this shop. Friends offer me coupons for other shops, tell me about discounts, etc, I refuse them all because I don't trust anyone like I trust BMR. Bring your cars here, you'll see.

Always a good experience at BMR. They are honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, and usually a little less than the quote given because they found a lesser expensive part- not less quality! I would recommend them to everybody. I've been through a lot of mechanics, it's great to finally have a piece of mind about the company working on your car!

Upon arriving at BMR in Roseville for the first time, I was anxious. However, the front desk clerk was pleasant and understanding, which contributed to my ease. After I was asked about what was going wrong with my vehicle and told the desk clerk (front break problems), I signed a diagnostic form and was told I could hang out; however, I had a ride to take me home. BMR-Roseville, took my car immediately and started testing the breaks, as I was waiting outside for my ride to arrive. The front desk clerk called me shortly thereafter, to explain what was going on and what was done to rectify the problem. The experience was positive and I trust BMR-Roseville, completely. I found my new shop! Thank you BMR-Roseville!

I brought my sons car in last week for some electrical problems and I was really concerned that it was going to cost a pretty penny trying to find a short or chase down a short in the wiring. Joe called me and said well we found the problem and it was just a loose wire. It cost us all of $150.00. I took my car in this week as I hit something on the freeway and thought for sure I knocked out the allignmemt or bent a rim as my car was now shaking. I get another call from Joe and he said well I have good news whatever you hit just put a bubble in your tire and you just need a new tire. It cost me all of $57.00. The point I am getting at and the thing I appreciate the most is they could have simply upsold me on a longer time to diagnose the problem with the wiring or say my car was out of allignmemt just to squeeze more money out of me like a lot of shops do. I immediately felt a sense of trust and felt that BMR was more concerned with fiixing my car and finding the problem then they were about making money. I have had 3 experiences with BMR so far and have been impressed each. As for Joe he was an awesome service writer and has excellent communication.I will continue to have my repairs done at BMR and would recommend any and everyone to try them out.
