I am a fan of Hunt's Race World and have often thought of using BMR for our car service and repair. Both of our vehicles are newer and have (until now) been serviced by their respective dealerships. I am a small business owner and have been frustrated by the inefficiencies of dealerships, lack of communication and having a productive relationship in the care of our vehicles. George was phenomenal to work with and our vehicle was promptly serviced as I had wished. They have all the similar diagnostic tools in an environment that rivals or exceeds a dealership. Moving forward we will now have our vehicles serviced and repaired @ BMR.

BMR's staff and owner, Bill McAnally, went out of their way to accommodate me when my car broke down in heavy traffic and the tow truck couldn't deliver the vehicle to the shop before they closed. They took care of my needs and were able to start work first thing the following morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken alternator belt), and repaired my vehicle quickly.

The team at BMR continue to amaze our family with the quality of service and exceptional customer care the entire team provides. W will never take our vehicles anywhere else for service unless thay run us off!Merry Christmas to our BMR family
