The staff, particularly Sharaya, are excellent. BMR mechanics are knowledgeable and personable. The Roseville facility is wonderful. It is exceptionally clean and well equipped. At BMR, it is all about the staff and how they can serve the customers. They communicate competence and a carng attitude.
