I made an appointment using the online scheduler, which told me a different day than they had on their schedule (will call next time!). So even though I showed up when I wasn't scheduled, they fit me in and had me ready to go quickly. They do a great job, are super friendly/helpful, never try to sell you services you don't need (like the dealer does!), and very affordable. They also make appointments for any time of day, don't insist you arrive early morning and leave your car for hours, like many other places. Try them!
