I really appreciate the service that is done by people who know what they are doing and take pride in a job well done. You are never afraid to sign your name on a job when you know it is done right. Had a good experience and everyone was friendly. The only thing I wish they had done differently was that they had called me when they found an additional problem with my car. They had asked to keep it overnight to double check it in the morning. They told me when they would do that and I was expecting to hear from them, but I had to call when I didn't hear from them. Otherwise they were awesome, and I will be going back.
I am so grateful that I took my van to have my own oil changed. I felt very comfortable in the shop and also felt like everyone had my best interest in mind.

NAPA Autocare rocks! I've had several mechanics over the years help me in the restoration effort for my classic Chevy pickup. I decided to give NSPA some business for some routine maintenance due to their convenient location. I underestimated their knowledge of vintage cars. And, their creative solutions were outstanding. I'd drive a long distance to have them work on my truck. They're honest and trustworthy. My son-in-law also uses NAPA for repair and maintenance of their newer Honda and he's equally satisfied. I highly recommend NAPA Autocare!

Joe and Anna have been more than helpful and understanding. My car has a very strange problem that we can't seem to put our finger on yet, however they have never given up trying. As I write this, my car is back in the shop for the same no start issue. Joe has kindly agreed to take it and try to get it to no start for him. I know that my car is in the right hands and I trust all of them with what they do.It will be cool to finally figure out what the issue is and then we can all laugh about it!! Thanks everyone for all your help and for putting up with me and my car issues. I will owe you more than just bagels this time around!!
