Went for an oil change. Take way too long. Probably would not have had it done if had been told upfront it would take well over an hour (almost 2). However, everyone was very nice and they did a good job.

We've always had a good experience with our vehicle service and friendly staff . Although this recent visit with my new Acura, I brought in for an oil change, when I picked up the car, the technician left grease on the leather driver seat and on the door where you would pull to shut it. I was in a hurry otherwise I would have went back inside to address the issue. I would suggest the guys be more aware of paying attention.

I am soooo impressed with BMR!! I had authorized a $940.00 repair to my vehicle. Turns out, that it was only $320.00! If I had had someone without high moral ethics and standards working on my car, they would have gone ahead and charged me the $940.00 that I had already approved and I would never would have been the wiser. Thanks to Bill and his excellent team, they have a customer for life! Not only that, they will have my friends' business as well!

I called BMR at 7AM on a Saturday morning as my truck was being towed to the shop for a dead starter. They diagnosed the issue, handled the warranty claim, and had my truck back to me early afternoon. In addition to the quick turnaround, their price was very competitive in comparison to other shops and a steal when looking at what the dealer quoted.

These guys are great, they did not charge me for a new part on my door popping noise, they lubricated the existing part instead of replacing it for $350. I have already recommended a friend of mine for work on his Corvette and he tells me he had the same experience.
