It's been a bit more than 7 years since my first visit to Mcanally Napa AutoCare. Every service and every repair during this time has been executed exactly as expected and in a prompt and courteous fashion. The latest work performed last week on my SUV was extensive and involved diagnosing a misfire issue that was not showing up on the trucks onboard diagnostic system, along with other major work. The misfire issue was quickly traced, resolved, and the truck runs as good as new. Replacing spark plugs on a Ford 5.4 Expedition is a major headache, but they did the job like it was just another simple tune-up procedure. The vehicle safety check BMR performs during a routine oil change is thorough and very accurate. The service writers never try to oversell on something that is not needed, but point out the current service wear on components and gives you the opportunity to decide if further repairs or replacement will be done during your visit. I have always been very comfortable leaving my vehicle with this service center, knowing that the work will be done right the first time. The waiting area is kept spotlessly clean for those that have a simple task being performed on their vehicle, and they have a policy of allowing customers to view their vehicle servicing area.
