Customer service was great! The time estimated for work on the car was 30 minutes short of how long it actually took, which is my only recommendation for improvements. The work I needed done was completed well!

Stopped here on our way to Tahoe. We needed to drain some oil. They did it in 20 mins at no charge. They wouldn't even accept a tip. Great staff and impressive customer care.

Overall pleased with the service from BMR. I thought the vehicle might need additional services, but it didn't and they told me. They also provided pictures of the work that was done. I did ask them to replace a missing bolt on the dirt cover hanging down under the car... and they said no problem. I guess it was cause it didn't get done. Not a big deal, but when you specifically ask and they said it was done, it's a bit frustrating.
