Joe, the tech, was just as patient and both were very concerned in trying to find the problem. And at last the problem was heard and diagnose was made! I have in the past recommended my friends and family and I will continue to do so. I will never take my car anywhere else other than BMR Napa Auto Care.

I have been bringing my car to BMR for several years after a recommendation from my son-in-law. I have always been extremely pleased with the service, but there is one particular service adviser that has waited on me several times that never smiles or acts like he is glad to have my business, and never says thank you. This past Thursday I was greeted by George at the Riverside location. He is an excellent representative for BMR! He introduced himself and explained what my service would be and thanked me for my business. You need more advisers like George.
