Ive been taking my vehicle to Bill McAnally Racing Napa AutoCare in Antelope for quite some time, and I completely trust their team. They are always professional and reliable. One of the main concerns I had was pricing, but BMR offers competitive rates that are significantly lower than what I used to pay at the dealership. Kathy, the Service Advisor, is fantastic. Shes honest and never pushes for unnecessary repairs. She keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle and ensures its ready on time. I highly recommend BMR for all your auto maintenance needs.

BMR Antelope did a great job diagnosing and fixing an unusual overheating problem with my Dodge Caravan. A previous shop said it was a blown head gasket and wanted $3,500 to fix it. I went to BMR to get a second opinion. They discovered that the Dorman-brand thermostat I had put in months earlier failed intermittently. They replaced it with a Napa part for much less money and the van has been running great ever since... It even went up to Truckee and back without breaking a sweat.

I’ve been going to BMR FOR ABOUT 9 years now. I recently had to take my car in to replace the battery and when I went to drive it that week the passenger window wouldn’t operate. I took it back today and asked if replacing the battery could be the problem. They weren’t sure and said that sometimes with old cars different things happen at the same time. Anyway , they said they would check it out and if it was something that went wrong with the battery exchange, it would be no charge. Guess what, they forgot to rest something when the battery was placed and they fixed it no charge! Thanks for being an honest shop!

My work vehicle's gas tank was vandalized, and my insurance sent me to BMR. The people there were great from start to finish, and had me back up and running with minimal down time.
