Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is fixed which should be what matters. I was not happy with the initial installation of replacement house batteries on my Revel RV. Chris Nelly went above and beyond to fix the issues I was having and fix the repair in a very short amount of time with no backlash to me. I really appreciate the service that I received here at Napa in Antelope. If this is how they treat visitors from out of town, I can say that they would treat everyone with the same great service. Called a couple days to schedule an apt. They saw me right away and let me know how long the apt would be and was alot faster than expected. Happy with going with Antelope BMR.
