Something hit the underside of my car and immediately there was a popping sound when I applied the brakes so I took my vehicle to Les Schwab (great brake work and awesome warranty). After evaluating, they informed me that my rack and pinion needed to be repaired. They then referred me to BMR. As soon as I got home I contacted that shop and explained the situation. At first I was told that there were appointments available later in the week. I then explained that I really needed the vehicle fixed prior to that as I had important medical appointments I couldn't miss. The young lady assisting me then asked if I could bring my vehicle in the next day - I instantly agreed. The next morning I dropped off the vehicle and I was immediately given a quote. When I went to pick up my car, I found out the popping sound was from one of the front rods which they fixed, but the rack and pinion did need repairing so it was a good thing I did hit something. In addition, they also replaced my back braking light. I asked how much more that was and was immediately told that they were sticking to the quote I was given. My car drives beautifully and am so pleased with their wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend BMR to those that need this type of repairs.

Very accommodating. Tried to schedule an appointment, but none were available. Was called within 30 minutes and offered other dates and times. Would definitively use them again.

Great customer service

I had my AC compressor changed 2 1/2 years ago. It cost nearly $1000. My compressor went out again over the weekend. I called and was told my warranty expired. An AC compressor should last 10-12 years. According to the NHTSB, 99% of compressor failures are caused by improper install. It is nearly unheard of to have to replace one a second time. I was told there is nothing they can do for me and I would have to pay for a brand new repair. Would not recommend. They do not stand behind their work. Find a different place that values their customers.

My mother was bringing her car to this place first, and I heard such rave reviews from her about the expertise the experience, the knowledge of the mechanics and the friendliness of the office staff. And then I went myself and found out it was all true. They are honest they do not try to rip you off like the dealerships. I have recommended several of my friends and people I know to go to them for I trust and respect them for the great work they do and the pricing.

My father inlaw, Sheppard, has been going here for years.. we brought our car in for a check engine light. We were prepared for a large bill..BMR called us, bad gas cap, $80.00. Gotta love honest repair shops..Looks like they are going to have another customer for many years to come... Keep up the honest repairs..thank you. Lee and Shelley Coen...

Again very satisfied!!!!! I was asking my self as I was driving almost one hour away to get my wife’s car worked on, LORD WHY AM I GOING ALL THE WAY TO ANTELOPE? And then I remembered! Gary Richards is always honest and does really good work!!!!! Worth the money and the drive
