very very bad experience of this location . Recently service my car this location lot of problems start after service. when i complaint regarding this one then service guy no do anything u pay $150 for check engine diagnostic then i tell u estimate. i say my car no any issue last 8 years. before i come here my car no any problem i just bring my car for regular service oil & filter change . after service my car give problems i m not satisfied Ur service & technician who handle my car. many things missing during service & mention on paper everything completed without checking one.guy say rotate tires because mention in paperwork but actually real not rotate my tire. some items check & give wrong information . when i compare paper work of latest service to previous service of this location then i founded many error . i m not sure who is right this time service & previous one service information. because of lot of changes of measurement reading. i also inform to reception guy he say something wrong i check again then again taking inspection of my car then again giving new reading of measurements. which are totally different as compare to yesterday & 3 months previous service. so its bad experience . i m surprising how its doing service to people & nobody known about these things. please alert before coming this location because no warranty of work which he doing. just only mention on paper work 90 days warranty but real life nothing .

I always take my autos there for service. my last visit my truck wouldn't start after getting it smog had it towed in it turned out to be the key. they did not charge me the diagnostic fee.

Another NASCAR quality pit stop at BMR. This time it was my youngest daughter Hyundai. Inspect and advise on brakes and drive train. Joe D found torn CV boots and worn axels along with tired brakes. Car was ready before she got off work! We love BMR and we trust them to always take care of our family. Another job well done

We've been customers with them for years and they have always been upfront and honest with us with every vehicle we've taken to them. They will let you know if there my be a minor issue, but it can wait and they won't push you into the decision on the spot. They stand by their work, I recommend them to anyone.

I had a deer hit my wife's car and took off the passenger sideview mirror. The dealership quoted $588. Tracy, at BMR, I think went beyond her job description and located a brand new one at a junkyard/pick-n-pull and installed it for $297.00 out the door! AND they quoted me an hour and did it less than 45 minutes. Never disappointed or unsatisfied whenever I have to take my cars to BMR.
