This Napa Care Center is the best! They always go above and beyond for their customers. They have kept my Chevy 2002 S10 4x4 in tip top shape, along with our 2012 Ford Ranger and soon our New Jeep. Trace and Chris were awesome yesterday and stayed on top of getting the compressor for my AC repair.

This place is amazing. I've taken my SUV to other shops and I never really felt that I was being taken care of. I dropped my SUV off with the guys over at BMR and left knowing they would take care of fixing my ride. They were more than fair with me. In fact, they didn't even charge a diagnostic fee because it was such a simple fix that was needed. They fixed the issue, charged me the bare minimum, and I had my vehicle back right away. What's interesting is that I had the same exact issue happen with the SUV about 3 years prior. I wish I would've gone to BMR, but I didn't. I went to another shop. The other shop (not BMR) turned the minor issue into a big one. They overcharged for the diagnostic, recommended repairs that weren't necessary, and used the term "we aren't out for blood" when I questioned the cost. When someone uses that term, be careful. It's usually what they are after. Not BMR. You'll be in good hands with them.
