For many years I have had my vehicles serviced by large dealerships, that all changed today. After frustration with a lack of basic customer service from the large dealerships, I decided to look elsewhere for my vehicle service needs. I had heard about BMR NAPA AutoCare from friends so I decided to give it a try. The staff was amazing, friendly, and professional. The work area was organized and meticulously clean. I was extremely pleased with BMR NAPA AutoCare and plan to return for additional service as needed.

I was referred to Bill McAnally through a friend who is a customer of theirs. I can see why he recommended them to me. They seem to be very genuine, punctual, and professional. Their mechanic, Joe, was very willing to explain the situation with my engine and offer advice. Chris, my main representative was responsive and also very forthcoming in my options. I would highly recommend them!
