Called BMR on Wednesday and was in by Thursday morning. They gave me a quote for brakes and service rotors on my 2014 Chevy Silverado that was priced $400 lower than the dealership. I spoke to George on phone and he gave me options that I could understand regarding my brakes. I was impressed by the look of the auto care center as it was large and full of NASCAR cars, and I waited for my service in their waiting area patiently. I was out in hour and half.

I started the day taking my Subaru to the dealer for service. After being told that it would cost $2000 (they insisted I needed things like "sanitizing" the car interior), but were unwilling to itemize costs for me, I took the car to BMR. They were able to do the necessary service, explain things to my satisfaction, get the job done quickly, and they charged a reasonable amount. I will be returning for all future service.

Customer service was top-notched when I called for a pre-buyer inspection on a car that I wanted to purchase from a used car lot. The store itself is amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. The car inspection was thorough and helped me make an informed decision before purchasing the vehicle. The service was completed in a timely manner. I recommend this store because the prices were below market for the pre-buyer inspection and the service was excellent.
