This is sad on my part. A friend was asking me if I'd ever had the brakes repaired on my 2001 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. And yes, I'd had the front brakes/rotors replaced once, back in March 2010. where? Right here at Bill McAnally Racing of course.I'd heard good things back then and they were all true. Service was done as described and priced accordingly. Service staff were very friendly and quick to call when the job was done.Why I hadn't written the review? Lots more stuff was going on way back then...but at least it was written. Great job guys/gals @ BMR! I'd definitely go back....course I don't live local anymore, but if you are, I recommend going here.Oh yeah, the brakes? Over 28k mi on them since, work flawlessly of course.Pretty cool shop to wait around in or shop for parts.

Took my car in to get an oil change only took 30 minutes they are nice! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their car worked on

My wife and I had the best experience here. We had a 2006 Tacoma pre-purchase inspection, and Mike was incredible. He took the time to investigate every square inch of it, and gave us the complete picture. We also talked about our reasons for wanting to buy it, and his expertise exposed the flaws in our logic. We didn't buy the truck, but the knowledge gained is worth every penny of what we paid for the inspection. They gave us a 10% discount because of the wait we had, but I'm a firm believer in taking the time to do the job right, so we didn't mind the wait, and appreciated the gesture.

Great customer service from the time I called for an appointment to the time I picked up my care. My service advisor (A5) was friendly, happy and responsive. Compared to the telephone run-around I got at the Ford dealer in Roseville (where I could not even talk to a live body to make an appointment), this was a refreshing customer experience. Car was diagnosed and repaired as promised.Real people, great service. Well done. I'll be back again!

Amazing service! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable...I feel like I get "red carpet" treatment everytime I bring my vehicle in! My last trip in was for a complete A/C system replacement. My car was ready on time, the price was fair, and my A/C works great now. Bring on the Sacramento summertime heat...I'm ready! :)
