It’s so hard to find a place to trust who won’t tell you a bunch of extra things are wrong with your vehicle so they can make more money. At BMR they do the exact opposite. They tell you exactly what you NEED and nothing more. Prices are fair and the customer service is more than amazing and I don’t even have to think twice. These people know their stuff and will treat you really good. I feel safe and confident being out on the road. Thank you so much to all the staff at BMR. I will never go to anyone else.

This place is cool, fast service my wife’s car is done in no time. On top of that, the folks are really personable, honest, & very friendly. Something you don’t normally see in a repair shop. And to top it all, this place has awesome I mean there’s race cars, trophies, collectible toys for kids & kids at heart, not to mention autographed memorabilias from top & upcoming drivers. We will be coming back to get our cars serviced at this place. A++++

job was an easy fix and the shop treated it that way (replaced two 850 cca batteries) which needed to be delivered from store up the street, batteries delivered and installed in short order even though shop was busy with other customers repairs. Thanks for getting me in and out and not dragging repair time out.

Chris and the team did a full inspection and the issue was with a tire. No charge for the inspection! who does this? Love my BMR team

From the mechanics bay to the front desk, Napa Auto Care is staffed with professional, respectful, and highly competent people. My mom's old car needed more than a little TLC and my laundry list included new brakes, but after the mechanic examined them, he saved me money by not replacing the brakes because the old ones were still good. Napa Auto Care excelled at all tasks and now mom's car drives like a dream. I applaud their honesty and am happy to recommend them to all looking for a good mechanic.
