My mother and I bought a used car today for her based on the inspection from BMR. These guys are HIGHLY knowledgable. Nothing slips past them. After Joe listed off several issues with the car we agreed it was still a very good buy. We returned to the dealership feeling educated and confident in our purchase. Thank you Joe!After buying the car we returned to BMR to address a few issues they had pointed out in the pre-purchase inspection. They did not push any work on us and even informed us that the issues we have could be dealt with several thousand miles down the road. Then the owner came out and introduced himself while we waited. He's very friendly and has been a working with cars for a lifetime. He took the time to go beyond the call of duty to address issues with my own car as we were leaving. Thanks to Joe, Anna and Mike at BMR my mom is thrilled with her Toyota Solara purchase and knows exactly what her maintenance priorities are.

Staff courteous and thorough

The counter staff at BMR is friendly, courteous and professional. I'm very particular about work performed on my cars. The technician who did the work was spot on, repair was done expertly, no tell-tale signs that anyone had even touched the car . . . WELL DONE!!
