Went for an oil change. Take way too long. Probably would not have had it done if had been told upfront it would take well over an hour (almost 2). However, everyone was very nice and they did a good job.

I like this place. They were upfront and set expectations well. I brought in my 2001 Hyundai Tiburon with power steering and transmission leaks and an underperforming a/c. They were able to take care of the power steering and a/c issues and were clear about their suggestions for the transmission. It could simply be a seal or something a lot more expensive to diagnose and fix. I elected to go with the seal replacement. Unfortunately the trani leak has returned but I was aware it could and am ok with that since I was aware it could return.

My girlfriend was going to take her car back to the steeler to get her 30k mile service done. I told her to find out exactly what the dealer was going to do and call BMR. Well the dealer was going to charge a little under $500. BMR serviced the car and did the exact 30 something point inspection and found that the car didn't need as much work as the dealer suggested. So she was out of there in a hour and less than $100. WOW! Honesty! She came back ecstatic! Who gets ecstatic when taking their car to get serviced? New customers for life!

I take all my family cars to BMR because of the high quality of work they do at a reasonable price. They are the only ones I trust to do brake repair on my Ford truck. They do all the maintence and oil changes on my Honda Odyssey. They do all oil changes on my high performance Nissan 350Z at the best rate in town. They treat me and my family with respect. They know what AUTO CARE means to me. They respect my time and bend over backwards to accommodate my busy schedule.

I love this team!!! They are incredible. I have an infinity and they have NEVER tried to over sell me anything. If anything they tell me when I'm trying to spend more than I need to on unnecessary services. They are efficient, clean and friendly! I highly recommend BOTH locations. We take our cars to both!

Best Automotive Around Period! Set up like an upper class place but with reasonable prices, honest and professional staff, free wifi, free coffee/tea and a smile. Loved their support of the local High School teams (GO TITANS!). We have a beater car (we call her Jill for Gillopy) but they never pressured me to fix the many things wrong, only informed what they found. I think I found my new, permanente automotive home. We will definitely be coming back. Used the coupon and the oil change came to just under $16. Can't beat that!
