I am very pleased with the service experience at BMR Antelope. They did all they could to solve an irritating problem with my car. The random short term issue would not last long enough each time to permit proof/diagnosis of the particular part(s) causing the problem. But, they were relentless and dedicated in trying to help me. That attitude lead to a diagnosis and part replacement. Happy with BMR

Always very nice people, plus they really take care of your car needs as they look everything over whether they are asked to or not.

Rip off and cash grab. Brought my Cadillac here to get diagnosed. They wanted several thousand dollars to replace the hybrid powertrain battery and other components. I said no way. Ended up diagnosing myself that all I needed was a new regular 12v battery up front and the dtc's reset. 100$ job at the most. Stay far away from this money grabbing scam. They will diagnose and throw in unnecessary repairs with the true issues to milk money out of you. Worse than a stealership.

I am very pleased with service I received at the Antelope office. I will continue to bring all my vehicles for service at the Antelope BMR.
