BMR was able to get us in on emergency basis (we were 2 hours from home on a trip) to fix an oil leak discovered on a driving break stop. They were professional and corrected the problem (another shop in my hometown installed a plastic washer on the oil pan bolt, torqued it down breaking it) quickly, allowing us to get back on the road. It would be great to have them closer to home, their facility appears top-notch and personnel are friendly and knowledgeable.

I normally use a different mechanic at another shop, but they were not available and I needed a new clutch installed before this weekend. I was reluctant to go to another shop based on other experiences. BMR however impressed me from the beginning to the end. From the first phone call getting a quote to completing the clutch replacement on my sons 2006 Ford Mustang. The front desk was knowledgeable and very courteous and professional. The shop itself was very clean and well organized. The mechanic talked to us when we picked up the car. Appeared to be a sharp mechanic and answered any question I asked him. Nice shop, nice staff competitively priced. Will use BMR again and certainly recommend them.
