***** I took my Jeep into BMR to have some warranty work done to it. Spoke to a gentleman named George. I made a list of 13 items to be repaired and explained them to him. He said that there is no way to do all these repairs due to your warranty company wouldn't pay for all of it. But he says "I'll give it a shot". George blew it out of the water. He was able to do all the items on the list and found three other issues and repaired them with the warranty company paying for everything. And my Jeep was completed 3 days earlier than expected. You can not ask for a better repair facility. BMR's staff are honest, trustworthy and down to earth people. I would recommend BMR to anyone. *****

Some shops in the area only carry and sell specific types and weights of oil. BMR did a quick check to make sure they could service my request, called back with a fair price and really made the entire experience an A++. I'll be back for all my service and repair needs. Great service. My daily driver had a stripped drain plug that I couldn’t remove. Before coming here I was turned down by a “chain” shop because they couldn’t remove it and then the dealership due to having a salvage title. The folks here took care of the bolt, oil change and had a new drain plug available on site for me. Will be my first choice next time
