Kassi was totally fabulous. She took good care of us. Didn't get a chance to meet you mechanics, but I was told that they drove the car around to feel the brakes for themselves. Much appreciated the opportunity to wait for the brake repair in my own home, rather than spending time just hanging out an waiting. Service is excellent, repairs are done promptly and with a high degree of quality. Only complaint is they don't play 98 Rock in the lobby. They play some lame station called "The Creek", or whatever it is.
