Did the job. Done on time. Unfortunately the machine for an alignment is broken and not fixable as I was told so had to take my 2nd car to the BMR location in Roseville.

They consistently provide excellent service. They take the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions respectfully without ever making me feel stupid for asking. I have been a customer for about 7 years and keep coming back because they offer quality service in a timely manner and they never hesitate to go above and beyond for their customers. I have complete trust in them. As an older female I appreciate the way I'm treated.

I normally take my vehicle to a nearby competitor, but I felt like my loyalty was being taken advantage of, so I decided to bring my vehicle for just some basic Maintenance work. BMR was able to accommodate me on the spot, and I was out of there within a few hours. Very professional and courteous, and best of all, they're open on Saturdays. Looks like I found a new place to bring my vehicle in for service. It's nice to see local shops still consider customer service a factor.

Brought my car in to check noise coming from the right front wheel well. Turned out the Strut was bad and creating lots of noise
