Grrrrrrreat!

I had an appointment for an oil change. It was quick, easy, and at a good price. I will use their services again.

BMR Antelope is now my only go-to Auto repair shop. I'm an older female and have had really bad service in the past. Until...my husband recommended I take my 2004 Ford to them for a mechanical problem. It was fixed quickly and the price was well below other competitors. Staff is super nice. I rarely do this, but boy, I highly recommend you use them.

I was searching for a new place to get my oil changed because the place I always go to is far and the wait is always hours. I found a special offer for this location so I gave it a try. I was pleased that they made me a same-day appointment despite the fact that I called later in the morning. The showroom is SO clean and has great accommodations. All of the employees were nice and didn't treat me any differently for having a coupon or for being a woman (this is so common for me elsewhere). I was so shocked that my oil change only took about 30 minutes, and that included a complimentary list of minor inspections on the car as well as tire rotation! I will happily recommend this location to others as well as continue my patronage here.

My experience has been that BMR-Roseville is a quality mechanic shop. The service agents are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The prices are competitive and they perform an excellent job on my vehicle. The time frames for getting the work completed are also excellent. I took my car to get a brake job, oil change and to replace a light bulb. After the service, I felt ease and confidence, while driving my vehicle. My car worked beautifully and ran smoothly. As a repeat customer of BMR-Roseville, I have become accustomed to a high level of quality, excellence and professionalism, and was not disappointed. I am more than happy with BMR-Roseville and I would recommend this shop to family, friends and co-workers!
